A Green Composite Based on Gelatin/Agarose/Zeolite as a Potential Scaffold for Tissue Engineering Applications

Designing a novel platform capable of providing proper tissue regeneration environment is key factor in engineering. Herein, green composite based on gelatin/agarose/zeolite with pomegranate peel extract was fabricated as an innovative for Gelatin/agarose loaded extract-loaded zeolite to evaluate its swelling behavior, porosity, release rate, and cell viability performance. The characteristics were evaluated using XRD DSC. hydrogel performance can be adjusted the desired aim by content manipulation, such controlled release. It shown that nanocomposite exhibited cellular activity along rate. Moreover, composite’s ratio decreased adding zeolite. This study suggested fully natural potential biomaterial engineering, which opens new ways design versatile hydrogels damaged tissues. specifically manipulation
